Contact me online or send a text to see if I’m available for your planned wedding date. If so, we’ll agree on a date and time to meet in person. I’ll call you to arrange our first obligation free meeting.
Remember, my initial meeting with you is free and you are under no obligation to choose me as your celebrant. It is very important that you feel comfortable and connect with me before booking me. When we meet in person for a drink and a chat I will learn a little of your story together; you will see if you are comfortable and at ease with me as the potential future celebrant of your wedding.
LET’S BEGIN
When you book me for your wedding day; your date, time and place of marriage will be secured.
50% deposit to be paid as the booking fee to secure my professional services and commence the process.
I will prepare and lodge all legal documentation including Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM), Final Declaration of No Legal Impediment to Marriage, marriage certificates, register and associated costs.
You will tell me more about each other, your story so far and what you truly want from your ceremony.
I will supply you with a questionnaire, inspirational resources and loads of ideas to assist and support you.
MAKING IT RIGHT FOR YOU
From this I will begin to craft a ceremony which is unique, personalised, beautiful and truly reflects your lives, personalities, relationship and deep love for one another.
I will be available via email and phone to draft and redraft your ceremony in consultation with you both until we are all delighted with the final version.
We will discuss a ‘Plan B’ if you are planning an outdoor wedding.
I will liaise with the other wedding professionals to ensure a seamless ceremony.
PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT
A week before your ceremony we’ll meet and have a rehearsal to ensure everyone is confident and knows exactly what to do on the day regarding entry and exit, bridal party placement, positions for vows and ring exchange. We will also use this opportunity to sign necessary legal documents. The final payment for your ceremony is due on this date.
YOUR WEDDING DAY IS HERE
I will arrive 45- 60 minutes before your ceremony to set up my equipment. I will coordinate with your photographer and wedding venue to ensure everything runs smoothly and assist various members of the wedding party when they arrive.
As your guests arrive I will welcome them. I will be there to say ‘hello’ to brides and grooms and calm any nerves. Any last-minute messages or reminders will be delivered.
I will deliver a professional, unique, warm and heartfelt wedding ceremony which you (your friends and family) will remember with joy in the years ahead. We’re aiming for unforgettable!!
I will pronounce you married, you will kiss each other and everyone will be filled with joy. (Sigh!)
You, your witnesses and I will sign all legal paperwork.
Your ceremony will officially end with clapping, congratulations, smiles, love in the air and some fantastic music; you will walk back down the aisle together as a married couple and begin living ‘happily ever after’.
